About Us

Chorlton Showroom & Workshop
Based in Chorlton-cum-Hardy, South Manchester, Ken Foster’s Cycle Logic is a comprehensive cycle shop selling a wide range of bikes, components, accessories and all-weather cycle clothing.
History
Ken Foster’s Cycle Logic formerly known as Foster’s Cycles is originally a pre-war bike shop bought by Ken’s Dad, Eric, and Grandfather John in 1954.
In those early days the product range was very diverse ranging from lawn mowers to paraffin, as well as our core stock of cycles. We have always kept abreast of the times, modernising and changing with the cycling technologies, trends and styles, and have now served the local community with all things cycling for over 50 years.
Today
Today’s shop still holds with that tradition, selling all types of cycles from toddlers trikes through leisure bikes to full blown mountain, road, race and BMX bikes. Budget cycles through to Superbikes we do the lot. Parts and accessories too, clothing, luggage, locks, lights and a whole array of the latest cycling products - we have an enormous range as well as a modern workshop facility for repair and custom bike builds at realistic prices.
We have helped to organise, alongside Chorlton Velo riders, several cycle events at the Manchester Velodrome and we take an active part in local cycling group activities.
At the end of the day we are exactly what we claim to be - a Real Bike Shop run by Cyclists for Cyclists...
